Ingredients:
- 2 flour tortillas
- 2 large spoonfuls of whipped cream cheese
- 1 packet splenda
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2+ small apple, thinly sliced
- cinnamon sugar
Instructions:
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth and creamy.
- Spread half on one tortilla and half on the other.
- Top one tortilla with apple slices and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Place other tortilla on apples (cream cheese side down, obviously)
- Heat skillet and spray with non-stick spray.
- Cook quesadilla until golden brown on one side
- Flip and cook other side.
- Slice and serve warm
